The Unique Woman's Coalition is supported by Gilead Sciences. TEA - Transgender Empowerment Ambassador Cohort will equip 6 black transwomen with the essential knowledge and practical skills to raise awareness about HIV prevention, navigate healthcare systems effectively, and engage and empower their communities to reduce the stigma surrounding HIV. The focus will be on the unique needs and experiences of transgender women of color, particularly within the context of healthcare access and HIV-related health disparities.
